Marco is a Strategy Works board advisor and a no-nonsense Finance and Organisation specialist. He is proactive in his approach and strong in analysing business performance and advising in options for improvement. With a comprehensive knowledge base and experience, he participated in numerous strategy projects. In these projects he is always the constant factor making sure the changes are anchored.
